IF A VISIT IS REQUIRED... Cost for a service call is as little as $65.00 per hour with a 1-hour minimum. 90% of all problems are resolved within 60 minutes on site.

IF MORE THAN AN HOUR IS REQUIRED... For tasks requiring more than an hour, we let you know up front without any hidden costs.

ABOUT REPLACEMENT PARTS... Understand that it's impossible to carry every type of hardware to work with every type of computer. However we do carry most basic parts, such as memory, video cards, hard drives, modems, and sound cards.

IF THERE IS AN EXCEPTION OR SPECIAL CASE... We will let you know ASAP! Our goal is always to seek the most cost-effective solution for your particular computer problem. As caring business people and not just "techies," we will sit down with you and evaluate what the best options are for you.

Note: Special Cases occur less than 10% of the time. However, one thing will be constant: our commitment to keep you informed during the repair process, and to let you know as early as possible if there will be an exception.
